Safety Supervisors play a vital role in ensuring workplace safety, preventing accidents, monitoring compliance with safety procedures, and creating a secure working environment for employees. Selected candidates will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and supporting site teams in achieving operational safety goals.
This position is ideal for experienced safety professionals who have extensive field exposure and knowledge of industrial safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Work Duties
Safety Supervisors are responsible for monitoring daily site activities and ensuring all operations are performed according to approved safety standards and company procedures. They conduct safety inspections, identify potential hazards, recommend corrective actions, and ensure workers follow proper safety practices.
The role includes conducting toolbox talks, reviewing safety documents, monitoring permit-to-work activities, investigating incidents, and coordinating with site management to improve workplace safety. Safety Supervisors must maintain accurate safety records and support continuous improvement of health and safety performance.
They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with Aramco safety requirements and maintaining a safe working environment across project locations.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in industrial safety supervision. Candidates should have strong knowledge of safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and site safety management.
Aramco-approved experience will be preferred. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to manage safety responsibilities independently.
