A Safety Officer plays an essential role in maintaining a safe and controlled working environment, particularly on large industrial and energy projects where strict safety standards are required. An urgent opportunity is currently available for an Aramco Approved Safety Officer with Trusted Partner General Con Est. for the Riyas Project, Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking experienced professionals who understand industrial safety procedures and can effectively implement workplace health and safety requirements. There are 10 positions available at a rate of 27 SAR, with long-term employment and immediate mobilization. The successful candidates will be expected to maintain high safety standards, monitor site activities, identify potential hazards, and ensure that workers follow approved safety procedures. Candidates with strong field experience and previous Aramco project exposure are encouraged to review the requirements carefully before proceeding.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
The selected Safety Officer will be responsible for monitoring daily site operations and ensuring that all work is performed according to approved safety rules, company procedures, and project requirements. The role involves conducting regular workplace inspections, identifying unsafe conditions, assessing potential risks, and recommending suitable corrective actions. The officer may also be required to monitor personal protective equipment usage, support toolbox meetings, participate in safety briefings, and communicate important safety instructions to workers and supervisors. Maintaining proper safety documentation, reporting incidents or near misses, and assisting with investigations are also important parts of the position. Because the project requires Aramco approval and previous Aramco experience, the Safety Officer should be comfortable working under strict industrial safety standards and should have the confidence to intervene when unsafe practices are observed.
Qualifications, Experience & Expertise
Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of field experience, including at least 3 years of Aramco experience. Candidates should possess relevant educational qualifications such as a Degree, Diploma, or ITI, along with recognized safety certifications including NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH.
