Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned roles while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. E&I Supervisors will oversee electrical and instrumentation activities, manage work teams, and ensure projects are completed according to specifications. E&I Foremen will supervise field crews, coordinate daily work schedules, and support project execution. Scaffolders will safely erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures following safety regulations. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will manage permit-to-work procedures, coordinate with safety departments, and ensure compliance with site requirements. Helpers will assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, housekeeping, and general site support. CS Welders will perform carbon steel welding according to approved procedures and quality standards, while Millwrights will install, maintain, repair, and align industrial machinery and rotating equipment.
Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant industrial construction experience in their respective trades and be capable of working on large-scale oil and gas or industrial projects. Candidates applying for supervisory positions should possess strong leadership and communication skills. Welders must demonstrate practical welding experience, while Scaffolders, WPRs, and Millwrights should be familiar with industrial safety procedures.
