Understanding the Available Positions
The recruitment covers three important site functions. Inconel Welders are required for specialized welding work where high-quality joints and careful control of welding procedures are essential. Pipe Fabricators support the preparation and assembly of piping components, while Fire Watchmen help maintain safe working conditions around activities that may create heat, sparks, or other fire hazards. Each position plays a different role but contributes to the smooth and safe progress of industrial operations.
Responsibilities at the Worksite
Inconel Welders will carry out welding activities according to approved procedures, drawings, specifications, and required quality standards. They should prepare work areas, inspect welding equipment, and maintain proper control throughout the welding process. Pipe Fabricators will measure, cut, prepare, fit, and assemble piping components according to project requirements, while coordinating with other mechanical teams when necessary. Fire Watchmen will monitor designated work areas during hot work, remain alert for sparks or signs of fire, maintain required safety awareness, and immediately report or respond to hazards according to site procedures.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have relevant practical experience in the position they are applying for and be capable of working in an industrial environment. Inconel Welders should possess suitable welding skills and supporting certificates, while Pipe Fabricators should have practical knowledge of piping fabrication, measurements, fitting, and workshop or site procedures. Fire Watch candidates should understand basic fire prevention, workplace hazards, and emergency reporting procedures.
