The company is currently hiring Aramco Approved Safety Officers for ongoing projects in Yanbu and Madinah. This position is suitable for experienced safety professionals who have knowledge of industrial safety standards and workplace safety procedures. Safety Officers play a vital role in maintaining a safe working environment by monitoring site activities, preventing workplace hazards, and ensuring compliance with company and project safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Work Duties
The selected Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing safety procedures at the project site and ensuring that all workers follow approved safety practices. The main duties include conducting site inspections, identifying potential hazards, preparing safety reports, monitoring personal protective equipment usage, conducting safety meetings, and supporting supervisors in maintaining a safe workplace.
The Safety Officer will also ensure compliance with Aramco safety standards, investigate incidents when required, provide safety guidance to employees, and promote a strong safety culture across the project. The candidate must be capable of working with different teams, reporting safety observations, and taking immediate action to prevent unsafe conditions.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in industrial or construction safety environments with valid Aramco approval. Candidates with PS 10 Orientation and previous approval for Yanbu and Madinah projects will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment procedures, permit systems, and site safety management.
