Key Responsibilities
The selected Safety Officers will monitor daily work activities, conduct routine site inspections, identify workplace hazards, and ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures. Responsibilities include preparing safety reports, conducting toolbox talks, investigating incidents, enforcing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and coordinating with supervisors to implement corrective actions. Safety Officers will also ensure that all project operations are carried out in accordance with applicable safety regulations and client requirements.
Skills and Qualification Requirements
Applicants should have relevant experience as a Safety Officer on industrial or construction projects. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices, hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures is essential. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required to effectively manage workplace safety.
