Current Manpower Opportunities
The recruitment includes 50 Scaffolder positions and 100 Helper positions. Scaffolders will support the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems, while Helpers will assist skilled workers with general site activities and material handling.
Candidates should be prepared to work in a project environment and follow supervisor instructions, safety procedures, and daily site requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Scaffolders may be responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures, checking components before use, maintaining safe access, and supporting scaffold-related activities as directed by supervisors.
Helpers may assist with moving materials, preparing work areas, supporting skilled workers, maintaining housekeeping, and completing other general duties assigned by site management.
All workers are expected to maintain safe working practices and cooperate with supervisors and other project teams.
Skills and Eligibility
Applicants should have relevant practical experience for their selected position. Scaffolder candidates should have suitable scaffolding experience and the required TUV documentation. Helpers should be physically fit and willing to perform general site duties.
