Current Rigging Opportunities
The recruitment includes three levels of rigging positions, with three vacancies available for each category. These opportunities are intended for experienced riggers who are prepared for urgent mobilization and can work effectively in a shutdown project environment.
Riggers are responsible for supporting lifting and material-handling activities, preparing loads, checking lifting accessories, guiding suspended loads, and coordinating with crane operators and other members of the lifting team. Each level carries different responsibilities depending on experience, competency, and assigned site duties.
Responsibilities on Site
Riggers may be required to inspect lifting equipment and accessories before use, prepare loads for lifting, attach appropriate slings and lifting accessories, and provide clear signals to crane operators. They must maintain awareness of surrounding workers, equipment, and potential hazards during lifting operations.
During shutdown activities, rigging teams often work under tight schedules and must coordinate closely with supervisors, lifting personnel, and other project departments. Candidates should be physically capable, safety-conscious, and able to follow site instructions accurately.
