Scaffolder, Pipe Fitter, Painter, Rigger-III, Welder 3G & 4G

A Scaffolder plays an important role in construction, industrial, and large-scale project environments by providing safe temporary access and working platforms for workers. Scaffolders are responsible for assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures according to site requirements and safety procedures. Eastern Diamond Construction Co. Ltd. is currently recruiting workers for several projects in Saudi Arabia, with opportunities available for experienced scaffolders as well as various skilled trades. The role requires attention to detail, physical fitness, and a strong understanding of safe working practices. Depending on the project, Chamber registration or an original TUV certificate may be required. The current recruitment drive is connected with projects in Riyadh/Turaif, Jubail, Jeddah/Rabigh, and Abqaiq.

Main Duties and Work Expectations

Scaffolders are expected to inspect the work area, understand the required scaffold arrangement, and safely assemble structures using appropriate components and tools. Their responsibilities may include erecting access platforms, installing braces and supports, checking stability, making necessary modifications, and dismantling scaffolding after completion of work. Workers must follow project safety instructions and maintain proper communication with supervisors and other trades working around the scaffold. For other listed positions, duties will depend on the specific trade, including carpentry, masonry, welding, rigging, pipe fitting, steel erection, insulation, painting, blasting, mechanical work, and electrical and instrumentation supervision. Every worker is expected to perform assigned duties professionally and follow the requirements of the project site.

Required Abilities and Experience

Candidates should have relevant practical experience in their respective category and be capable of working efficiently in a construction or industrial environment. Scaffolders requiring Chamber registration must have the necessary documentation, while Rigger-III candidates must provide an original TUV certificate where specified. Welders should have experience in 3G and 4G welding, while foremen should possess suitable experience supervising their respective work activities. Pipe Fitters, Steel Fixers, Steel Erectors, Insulators, Millwrights, Painters, Blasters, Masons, Carpenters, Tray Fitters, and other skilled workers should have practical knowledge of their trade.
