Job Responsibilities & Daily Duties
The selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective positions. Civil Foremen will supervise construction crews, coordinate daily site activities, allocate work assignments, and ensure that projects are completed according to engineering specifications and safety standards. Carpenters will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures, formwork, and other construction components while following approved drawings and quality requirements. General Laborers will assist skilled workers, transport construction materials, maintain site cleanliness, support loading and unloading operations, and perform various physical tasks essential to daily project activities. All employees are expected to comply with workplace safety regulations, maintain discipline, and work efficiently as part of a professional construction team.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
