Production Flow Contracting Est. (PFC) is urgently recruiting experienced and skilled professionals for a long-term industrial project at the SIPCHEM Plant in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Fabricators will fabricate structural and piping components based on engineering drawings. Pipe Fitters will install, assemble, and maintain industrial piping systems. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, equipment movement, and general site support. Multi Welders (CS/SS) will carry out high-quality carbon steel and stainless steel welding following approved procedures. Fire Watch / Stand By Men will monitor hot work activities, identify fire hazards, and ensure emergency readiness. Safety Officers will supervise HSE compliance, conduct inspections, and promote a safe working environment. Electricians will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment. Work Permit Receivers (WPRs) will manage permit-to-work procedures and ensure all work activities comply with project safety regulations. All employees are expected to work professionally, follow company procedures, and contribute to the successful completion of the project.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have relevant experience in industrial, refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or construction projects. Technical candidates should possess strong trade knowledge, practical experience, and the ability to interpret drawings or technical documents where applicable. Safety Officers and WPR candidates should have experience with HSE standards and permit-to-work systems. Fire Watch personnel should understand hot work safety requirements and emergency procedures. Candidates must possess a valid AJEER Certificate, updated CV, relevant trade certificates where applicable, valid Saudi work documents, and the ability to work effectively within a professional industrial environment.
